- Reserve
your place on-line, the day prior to the
activity.
- Check
the gear lists to have everything ready
for your activity. If you need rentals, we have a
limited number of snowshoes and ice walkers. Call
us at 760-2533 to reserve
your equipment.
As well, you can check
our list of rental stores.
- Check
the weather report and
the trail
conditions or snow reports.
- Show up at the meeting point
(Mount Royal Hotel • 138 Banff Avenue •
Banff) at the time indicated on the schedule regardless
of weather.
- Show picture ID to the
club representative. If carpool - Drivers have to
show valid driver licence, car insurance and Banff
National Park pass.
- Pay the fee (if necessary)
to the club representative to participate in the activity.

- Organization of the group
- if more than 10 people – splitting of the
group based on individual interest.
- Selection of a trail
(if necessary) for every group based
on each interest.
- Organization of the transportation
(if necessary):
- Carpool (if sufficient transportation)
- Bus, taxis (if insufficient transportation)
- Pay the driver the cost
suggested by the club for the carpool.
- Pay the admission (if applicable)
at the recreation area.
